Yes, it was a big difference with the pins in. Still a bog when opening secondaries but it runs much better. Will try some different squirter and cams tomorrow!

What i understand it also prevent air from filling the pumps, delaying the shot. Read about a guy with the same 2-3 second bog, fixed the problem when installed the pins.

Guage says leeeeeean when the stumble occurs, hitting max 22 AFR and stays there. Primary runs perfect now with a 31 shot and white cam. The biggest problem i have is to determine if i give to much or to little gasoline on the secondary pumps as the engine miss i can't get a correct AFR-reading...

The afr on idle and Cruise is perfect now. 14,5-14,7 on cruise and idle and 12,5-12.8 at wot after the engine picks up. This is with only exposing t-slot on primary and with my bushings on primary. I have a tip-in problem on the secondaries and hesitation on wot. Thats my why i have the idea...

I can do that, but then i will need to go down on initial from 15 degrees to 5-7 to bring the idle down, exposing the t-slot without my bushings will give me more air and to compensate i will need more gasoline on idle=higher rpm. Thats where i started.

May i ask what colour on cam you have?

So i tried with some different cams, no real difference. Now when to winter almost is here in Sweden and the temrapture is lower i can feel i hesitation when opening secondarys cruising. Changed my squirters from 35(prim)40(sec) to 31(prim)35(sec), when not opening the secondaries i can only...

Here comes an update. I went down to about 0.015-0.02 inch on the secondary t-slots but it did not help, idle was to rich. I removed the washers on secondary. Now i have about 14 on idle and when tipping on the throttle it goes richer and not leaner, so tip in is gone atleast. Went down to 77...

Did a more permanent solution today. Idle-rpm is ok now with 14 inital timing, and slow idle is gone. But when i did the same on secondarys my idle is to rich instead. Problem now is to get it leaner on idle. Idlemix screws one turn out give me 12 afr. Turning them further in just get my...

Update. I will probably get banned now when i tell what i done. I took a small bushing and did my own small gasket with milk carton and put between shaft and blades. When this was done i could expose t-slot without having to much throttle-opening , turned inital up to 14 and idle mix to 13-14...

An idea i had was to add a small bushing between the throttle-blades and shaft, it should have the same effect as bevel the blades?

The secondaries are fully closed now, opening them up more in the state i am in now would just make the problem worse as more air would go in. I can't close off the primaries more as the t-slot will be closed of then. My carb do not have 4-corner idle mixture, secondary meters is missing the holes.
