I saw this car or its twin in about 2004-05. I remember it had a sweep style tach mounted to the steering column. I hesitated buying it and someone else grabbed it instead. Unless You have owned it 20 years or so I would bet this is the same car. I would love to own it either way.
If this is the car I viewed in St Louis, It is definitely a survivor quality car. Original paint, engine, trans etc. I wish I would have bought it then.
Im in Bolivar MO. I haven't seen the car in a while, can't remember about the glass. I better take a look at the metal to check condition. Its at a friends place. Im sure we can work out something on the money. Are you in Vegas? not sure how that will work.
Thanks, I would appreciate it. Im not sure what you are implying, are you waiting for another buyer? Could you sell the part? Anyway some pics would be helpful.
I would do whatever I need to make it happen. An E-body friend told me If I had a similar line with the muffler that Classic Auto Air could use it to fabricate what I need.
Ouch! I bought all the rest of the lines for $125 and thought that was high. Im guessing the line from a 383 car is different? I have bought several parts cars myself and will do the same if needed for the AC part.
I am needing the line that comes from the rear of the AC pump that returns to the firewall. I believe it is called the suction line. I have pictures of an original if needed. The car is a 440 RT Charger. The lines will be sent for restoration once I obtain a complete set so condition of the...
There are good people. Im sure they are expecting one of their vendors to drop ship your part and they have failed. I don't think any of our vendors stock everything they sell.
Wow I haven't seen that before. I will call to make sure of the fitment but the lines look right. They don't include a 71 in the cars listed that this one will work with but it looks dead on. Thanks
Nacho, Does yours still have the original box to where you can tell the manufacturer? Have you got a picture for me ? Im trying to keep this car original in appearance. The one that classic Auto Air makes has both line connections at the top or opposite sides. You can see my original and the...
I need to be able to broaden my search for a condenser for my 71 R/T charger. There may be other models with the same A/C condenser that has the correct mount locations and the same lines entering and exiting the unit. Check out my picture and comment, Thanks
