I run the 1969 Charger 500 Registry over at dc.com and this falls in the the range for the 500, not the Daytona. Try posting here as well:

Thanks!
The Google Form submission made it about as easy as it gets for entering the tag info. I wanted to make it like ordering your Charger back in the day and then seeing the build sheet.
I hope you'll all like this and support it, it just went live last night. I wanted to provide a framework for the Charger community to record these cars. Let's face it, many cars pop up in an ad for a couple of days and then may be gone from view for decades. Or certainly there is always the...
A quick VIN search:

Apparently a 2-tag auto car converted to 4-speed. Different wheels, some bits changed in the engine bay, later exhaust tips.
Howdy elk, I've been following the thread regularly and love the work done.

I'm always amazed by people selling a car can't be bothered to take a decent pic (and of interior, engine, etc.), provide enough relevant info, and wash/wipe down/vacuum a car.
Relevant even if this was a typo for $25k.
Also, note the super-rare Dana transmission!
If 'Santa' is an angry old perfectionist then this is the right sort of person to be working on your Charger!
Always good to check progress regularly and keep momentum going on a project at a body/paint shop.
Hey Agtree, I'm posting from work here in Kirkland though I live in Seattle. I restored a '69 about 20 years ago, but eventually sold it. Even in 1993 dollars I was into it about $17,000 all told. But hey, I'll be in the market for a '70 within the year as I want to do another one.
I look...
This ad has some infamy. Basically:
1. Some guy in Washington state puts it up for sale for $7000 negotiable.
2. Guy from Portland, Or. buys it.
3. Portland guy puts it up on various west coast Craigslist listings starting at $10,500 and then jacking it to $14,500 when he lists it in L.A...
Awesome work SGTPaul! I did a 69 Charger resto 20 years ago, it's a great memory jogging exercise to have just read this thread. I did all the grunt work with pro body and paint by others so I wasn't doing any of the welding. But I'm here now reading up with the possibility of jumping in on a...
