This or maybe drill a hole in the center and use an easy out to back it out if it is sitting in the threads. The hole you need is still there, just need to remove the plug and helicoil if the threads are hosed up.

Now that you have pulled the intake, replace the valley pan. No shortcut here. Find your heater control valve issue to. That could be as easy as a misplaced corbin clamp.

Still would be a helluva great deal.

Swapping heads isn't that easy. How many hours and how much money does that cost? And what if another bolt breaks somewhere? If you can't remove the broken bolt then pay someone to come over and do it for you.
