1970 charger 318 been sitting for 16 years. So got it running and original carb I had to pump it at low rpm would not idle. Bought new carb same thing. Plugged all vacs on intake and still will not idle . Starts no problem and higher RPM does not miss. Points distributor new cap rotor and wires...
So Ive been working on the charger and was able to get it to bark, sprayed starting fluid in carb. So I moved to the pump since the tank was hosed. Ran a line to bucket and line to gallon jug to see if it would pump and to blow out any gunk. Nothing,turned the engine over 7 times still nothing...

bought the car and pan was replaced and vapor line is jacked. need some close up pics for holes. These holes are wrong. 1st pic passenger side trunk I think the hole gos on other side of circle. 2nd pic under car. Does both vent lines on tank get hooked up? any pic please
