Without it being factory, and a poor picture with a poor paint job, it's tough for anyone to give you an answer you can take to the bank. It " appears" to be internally balanced. Remove it, and take better pictures for verification :thumbsup: Unless of course it's some pic off Craigslist.

Yes I primed the pump 2 days ago. I was pretty methodical I reassembled the tube and pan but I suspect its the O ring at this point.

Yes they could be physically reversed but they are not, I checked them several times. Each line has a different colored AN fitting so it is easy to tell which line is which. Also they are routed correctly.

I'm not the greedy type. At the same time, it sucks to price something well below it's value.
