I just got a 383 and was curious to know if it's ok that I can turn the oil pump by hand with the priming tool? My dads new oil pump damn near burnt out a craftsman hammer/drill when we primed it.

My dad has a 440 stroked to 505, aluminum heads, 10:1 compression, TTI headers, Fast EZ EFI 1.0, Summit racing CDI spark box (same as MSD), ac, and automatic. He needs to know what plugs he should use. I have no clue, so any help would be appreciated.
