What kind of LEDs? Some are very finicky about voltage variations and it's possible your rheostat doesn't provide exactly enough to fire them up?

The gauge and the sender have to be the same ohm range for it to work. If it's programmable and you have it set on 10-73, but you're reading 93.9 ohms from the sender, it won't work. I can't tell from your posts what the sender can send.

Changing out my log manifolds for HP manifolds on a 383. The head pipes to my exhaust are flared. The log manifolds have what looks to be an insert in them to mate up with the head pipe and the HP manifolds are flat. What do I need to get the HP manifolds to do the same? My googling skills are...
