C16 on the fender tag would be for center console (and a woodgrain panel). 051 for a St. Louis '70 Charger would be for a 383 4 BBL AUTO 8.75 AXLE 3.23:1 RATIO I would "think" it would be the same for Lynch Road?

Just found out hose was used for bumper/stop for hood. I have the stock hood bumpers installed, but I'll put the hose on when I install the hood for the last time. Also found measurements for hood pins in back.

Turned 90 degrees it doesn't change torque.
