Measure the hole in the air cleaner base. Holley Sniper and Sniper 2 work with the 69 unsilenced air cleaner I would say as long as the base hole is 5 inches it should work. Check out this thread. Air Cleaner Identification

My max wedge gov shifts right at about 5900 in drive. It's said to be a 5800 shift point. So pretty close.

It will have a 7290 u-joint.
