The technical name is "bleeder screw". Yes remove the bleeder screw amd make sure it is not plugged.

I agree, but in stock form they hang too low and stick out too much IMO.

Agree breaking stuff is always possible. If going from under neath and it's a bucket seat car I would at least pull the driver seat out so it's easier on the body to lay on your back and get in there comfortably.... Those jobs are not fun even when you are young and agile.

With my SE Charger ('71) I got some roller wheels and tires. I don't know a lot about sizing for wheels and tires (rely on a friend, or use an automated tool), so this is educational too! The wheels are old style Cragers, so I'm deciding if they are worth restoring and using on my '71 Charger...
