    Meet Max the '71 Coronet

I believe there were some reported issues with intake sealing leaks as well. However, since you mentioned you are pulling the intake, that should rule that out.

Anyone in the market for a new pickup truck?

Makes me think when International built the CAT big road tractors— try to get parts for that disaster! International also builds GM cab and chassis medium duty trucks— talk about a nasty combination for future repairs: Isuzu/ Gm engine, little Allision trans, Gm cab, International frame=...

Probably not original numbers matching but hey

    Seems like a good deal. It’s advertised as a 440 but I don’t think that’s a 440 in there. LOL. https://www.rarerides.com/vehicle-details/1963-plymouth-fury-bf031d36cc2a430dbd9051dbd38ded84

Anyone in the market for a new pickup truck?

I don't have $110,000.00 burning a hole in my pocket at this time! If I buy a pickup, it'll be an 80's model gas job that I can still see the spark plugs.

    The women in China.

Interesting observation. I was there a lot in the 80's. They were just beginning to embrace the free market back then. I met two young ladies that worked for the "railroad". Not "on" the railroad but as computer techs. We assumed it was a cover for their intelligence service. They seemed...

    Meet Max the '71 Coronet

Check the heads for cracks. Magnums had an issue, not all but many. One of the dealers I worked at, we kept 4-6 pairs on hand. Trannies and converters were frequent rebuild/replace too. Poor shift calibrations and junky oe converters. All easy fixes plus upgrades are available. Magnums are great...
