LOL well the washer trick wont work in this situation or this year of pedal assy. just getting the spring and pin in place i had to use superior mopar cunning. - and I wasn't going to loosen the pedal assy the cars all put together - so you all can see what i did- it worked great...
aha only problem is w all those washers i wont b able to reinstall it as the car is done - it barley goes in without the washers. i think ill try hooking up the spring to the rear pin then take a come along and attach to a seatbelt bolt - ill use a strong wire to attach to the come along...
So like a total fool I installed the pedal system without putting in the center pin and the over center spring- its a complete resto so dash is in but seats I left out until very last ----so i can get under there laying on my back i managed to put in the pin and i slipped the spring into...

mabe something is overtightened - that makes sense - car is all together w/o seats - i think ill untighten the column first and see if something is binding. thanks!!!

so i rebuilt my steering column with the tab that sticks out that the reverse lockout linkage hooks up to----My question is when putting 4 speed in reverse is the tube that has the tab poking out supposed to move up and down?? or is it just a pivot point? if its supposed to move up an down...
yes that's exactly what is needed- PPL dont write descriptions correctly on that yoke i bought - its a strong yoke and im not sending it back so ill order that one through NAPA - mabe they have in stock - thanks !!!
First off I have a 70 runner w hemi manual trans and dana 60- I just received a slip yoke from strange- The universal joint mount ears on the slip yoke are bigger than the ones on the driveline- So i need a u joint that will work- the factory ones will not-

So is TTI the way to go the 2.5 in exhaust-?? I see you can get them aluminized too. also should i get an H pipe or an X pipe- i heard X pipe gives a different better sound?? but that also depends on which mufflers you use, any suggestions??? Thanks

thanks for the info I really want the OD as i want to go to all the great wingcar meets next summer and just want a highway cruiser . no racing or burnouts Too old for any of that. so thanks again for the thorough analysis
