I ran across these [2] Chrysler Engines in a storage shed-too dark to really get any numbers-but I was thinking they are 1956 ish. The one not painted John Deere Green had its bellhousing and manual transmission attached. The Owner said they came with the estate he purchased, lot, house and...
I've seen photos of front grille emblem with "SCAT PACK" letters with the Angry Bee emblem. Were the A39 Code cars furnished with that and a rear emblem?
Are the emblems somehting furnished and installed by the dealer?
I have 1 1969 Dodge Super Bee 383 -on the trim tag the Code A39 is stamped which I was told is a Scat Pack Package.
I have no idea what that means in its entirety. Could someone explain what it means and entails. The Car now has an aftermarket aluminum intake and an Edlebrock Carburetor on...
I have an friend who has a 413 Distributer #2444364 tach drive distributer, dual point.
Wondering if it would fit a 383 or 440 Mopar Big Block-I have no idea-thanks in advance.
Was wondering about Dodge B body and Plymouth B body Convertibles, as I saw a RoadRunner Convertible.
Are they a desireable option, were they hydraulic or all manual operated. Were any introduced for the Dodge GTx or Charger series-thanks in advance
Appericate your suggestions and advice. Opening up a manifold presents no problem as I do machine work.
Since none of it would be stock I'm second guessing my self and now thinking Geoff 2's comment about an Edlebrock manifold and Carbs might be the smart play. All I am
looking for is the dual...
I have a RoadRunner 68, I'd like to put in a dual quad set up. Will an earlier 59-62 Casting #1827899 Intake manifiold fit a stock Mopar 383 hp engine with 516 heads?
My Saginaw Power Steering pump is forcing its fluid out of the vent hole in the cap like Mount Vesuvius. Fluid level is where its supposed to be when hot but after driving it starts to produce enough pressure to force the fluid up and out.
Taking the cap off with engine idling its is really...
I doubt my header bolts will come loose without breaking them off-and I don't want to remove a head-thought about running motor to get it hot then try to break them, I don't know any other way.
To jack up the motor did you place a block under the oil pan and lift?
I could use an engine hoist on just one side of the engine, thinking that might possibly work too
Sound like I should firstly identity where exactly its leaking from. I might try running the engine too warm up the header bolts, see it I can get them to break lose, I just have that bolt snapping apart noise running around in my head.
Bad part is I spent the winter rebuilding the entire...
I've got a steering gear that is leaking profusely and needs replaced on my 1970 Dodge Charger R/T. My question is: does the Steering Column need to be loosened to pull out the gear or can you slide it forward off the splines after removing the roll pin and bolts.
Also can it be removed from...
I have a 1970 Dodge Charger R/T whose steering gear appears to be leaking badly.
I am not sure where to find a correct replacement and necessary parts to make the exchange 0n the car.
Any suggestions would be apperciated-thanks in advance
I've got a new junction block ordered and will replace it with the Proportioning valve form my Drum/Drum car. Very much interested in 6packtogo and Kern Dogs replies, I believe them to be spot on. Rebuilt the entire front suspension over the winter, can't wait to get it off the stands on the...
I did bench bleed the master cylinder properly and the hoses are new and not collapsed as I am getting fluid the front.
I did take heart to Kern Dogs posts and found a distribution block from In-Line. Going to install that and that should solve my problems.
Thanks again for increasing my...
