The sad demise of American car culture

You're right, but it's very regional. My last house was located a stone's throw away from the most popular drag in MN. It's the longest stretch of HWY between two exits, so easy for them to copwatch. We would hear the revving all night long on weekends. I liked it. It was a lot of Subarus, BMW...

The sad demise of American car culture

I think about this sort of thing often. The aspect that really spooks me is that as a kid (born in 79) the oldies station on the radio was playing songs that were fresher to that moment than Metallica is to this one. Cars that were already considered classic, like these MOPARS, already seemed to...

What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

I was one of the people the FBI decided to come harass over internet posts right after Trump won the first time. I used to be... let's just say "influential." It was funny because my neighbor is an old 1%'er who did time in San Quentin that they still harass, dig through his trash, stop by his...

    Fendertag 1966 Coronet 440...

One downside to the Polyspherical - much like its' big brother the Hemispherical - is it's relatively Heavy! A Poly is close to as much as a regular 440...like 50 or 70 pounds less, I believe?

    Door glass

Known issue with repop glass. I ordered a DS door glass for my 70 Charger from ECS and fought the same issue. I took pics of the curvature and sent to them. They replaced my piece with another that ended up working out.

Anyone else like to live far from other people?

Depends the type of people. We left Minneapolis as fast as we could after the Saint Fentanyl Floyd riots because in a way they never really ended. The makeup and vibe of the Twin Cities was changed forever and the people that made them used to be were literally replaced by mass immigration over...
