70 RR auto. When i press the horn ring i get shocked if my arm is grounded ( on the window sill ). All new M&H wiring in car, new horn relay. What could be causing this. I just bought a new horn switch, but have'nt installed it yet.

I have a 70 RR with the three speed wipers. I don't use the wipers much since i don't take it out in the rain. But when I do use them to wipe the window, they stop right where I hit the switch to off. After a few minutes, they will then park themselves. What is wrong & how do I fix this issue.
Where is a good place to get an oem style alternator. I have a 70 RR 440+6. I believe it is a 60 amp & single pulley. Also no wiring modifications on mine.

70 RR. I had my arm resting on the left door metal yesterday. As I hit the horn rim I got shocked when the horn beeped. When I moved my arm from the door & hit the horn rim the horn beeped & no shock. What is wrong ????? Is something grounding improperly or maybe a bad horn relay???

I went to "beep" "beep" someone today & the horn stayed on. I pulled over & pulled the wire connector at the horn. What's the diagnosis procedure for fixing this problem?? I also checked the relay after I got home & it was very hot.
