UPDATE on the new rims and tires:
Unwrapping the new redline tires today to mount them on the new magnum rims. These are the front tires. I will get pictures when they are mounted on the rims, then put on the car and will make a comparison post….
My father had the same car he had bought at an Auction. It was a Losangeles Police Interceptor cop Car it had A 383 Magnum Motor and a 727 A Torque flight A with a shift Kit the car screamed on down the road. Nice car you have!
K.. so got off my a$$ today finally... pulled the long trim off my front fender.. i stored it bad and it has a little bow, gonna let it sit with some weight on it to let it relax easily back into a better shape...
BUT... the rear of my left quarter was hit decades ago right where the trim is...

Hi John, Found mine and while it was nos from the late 80’s early 90’s it is an over the counter replacement and they are different than assembly line ones.. Been decades since I saw it and I thought it was red oxide but as seen it’s black. Sorry I can’t help you.
Call the people who make them and ask if they would make a Bare Bones Fender Tag they could even print as a “duplicate” tag or for “show only?” Worth a try? Or hell just find a Blank Tag? That would really blow peoples minds! Give them something to talk about for a long time!
I just put it on there after removing it I had read somewhere that Fender Tags had a Plain steel Screw on one side and a painted screw on the other that is how they came. Yes, like 77RR shows that is how mine was mounted I need to put it back on the Opposite side then strip the Right screw of...
