Back in the 80-90s I used this gun to apply rubberized undercoating on Mopars. The local auto body supply store sold them. It’s designed to spray heavy coatings and has the rough look of the OEM undercoating.

I believe the sleeve kit you are looking for is the National 99106. I have used these a few times with success. Still utilizes the 9376 or 10515 seal. The install tool that comes with the kit is useless so just be creative.
