Looks like at least both seat backs have damage. That's a reupholster job. Passenger door panel/ rear panel look good though. How about the dash/ headliner/ driver seat bottom/ rear seat/ driver's door panel/ rear side panel look? Not sure the availability of replacements.

I would keep interior setup and go modern underwood. If you have multiple boxes you should be good for parts. Have heater core rebuilt, buy a new evap.
