Now idling after 20 minute camshaft break-in period (actually two sessions of 10 minutes each). Oregon Camshaft #2120 for 340 through dual Purple Hornies mufflers (side exhaust).

A friend of the family had a 1956 Desoto 4-door hardtop, in blue and white. I think that was the first car that I thought was special. I would have been 9 years old.

I second that. If that’s considered barely noticeable to him what else on the car is barely noticeable? Walk away, he’s not honest.

TTI customer support encouraged me to bend the header bolted to the head. It's softer metal than you think.

Headers are not difficult to install. I'd done many going back over half century ago. How are you mating them to your exhaust ?

TTI 2" with 3 or 3.5" collectors.

I am not 100% sure but I they may be the lower trim on the rear interior panel for 66 Coronet 440. They are 18" long x 1/2" wide.

I used a hammer drill to drill a hole in the concrete. I bought a concrete anchor and a eye bolt with the same thread. I measured the distance between the eyebolt and the header flange and connected an appropriate length turnbuckle between them. I shortened the turnbuckle until the header...

9.5 is the max recommended by Mickey thompson. Depending on your car anywhere from 8-10 would work. Offsets are important. Centerline has 4 7/8" rear backspacing in their 15x8.5" draglite and convo pros which would work nicely. That’s what I ran on my Belvedere.

I looked at those too. May have to revisit them. I quit looking when I saw a bench seat might be a problem and the price. Now that I know the gear vendors is electronic, I don’t want it.
