You won't find a fuse for the headlight bulbs! The safety feature is the headlight switch. Inside is a 20 amp circuit breaker that is able to reset. Think about driving at night and a fuse, if it were in line blew, now more headlights and a crash is not far from happening.
The hydraulic clutch is nice in use. On my '71 Coronet a fair bit of tunnel modification WAS needed, so different years and models will clearly vary on that. E bodies being fairly similar to 71-72 B Bodies, I'd count on tunnel mods being needed.
