Wow it's COLD out there! What about your spot?

-20C, 30 with the windchill. Plowed 10 more inches of snow this morning ! I'm out of places to push it, laneway is down to 1.5 blade widths.

    Are these Eccentric UCA Bushings?

Ok the bushing is a different dimension from the original. It is smaller/shorter to account for the additional washers. The washers add roughly an 1/8”.

1969 Dodge Super Bee Barn Find - Unbelievable

Welcome from PA. I had relatives who lived in Brooklyn in my younger days. A garage in that territory is the equivalent of a barn where I live.

    Are these Eccentric UCA Bushings?

Sorry guys. I didn’t know the “kit” was different from the original in that it uses washers. I just pulled one of two bags that contained only one bushing each. I didn’t look under the second bag containing the other bushing. At the bottom of the box were the loose washers. When I pulled the...

Wow it's COLD out there! What about your spot?

Should be a blistering 35 here in 10 days or so. For now it’s warmed up to 18.

    Interior

I used Just Dashes for my new dash pad (Very Nice!). I got lucky on EBAY for the replacement of my cracked Radio Bezel. I most definitely recommend Legendary for upholstery. Classic Industries has quite a bit of other replacement parts.

Wow it's COLD out there! What about your spot?

Sahara had about -30F the other day. In my working career at one place for 39 years we wouldn’t have averaged one day per year for cold shutdown. -35F you were expected to be on the job.

Dash Pad Replace, Dash Shell In or Out of CAR?

OK, I have to remove the windshield on my 1966 Coronet 2-Door Sedan. I also want to replace the dash pad. I have a new dash pad on order from Classic Industries. Since I will have the windshield out, is it easier to replace the dash pad with the dash shell out of the car? Or should I leave the...

Wow it's COLD out there! What about your spot?

Seriously, obviously it's not cold here. But it has been very windy here, like LA. Enough that I don't do much outside. The dogs however LOVE the "cold" weather.(long coat gsd's). I have to bribe them to come in from the wind. (The gf worries).

    Header wraps

With that goal, there are other solutions, almost as effective and less long-term destructive IMO, such as a simple thin SS half shield hose clamped to the exhaust with any airgap, and/or gold heat reflective tape applied directly to the oil pan, etc

    Snow in the Houston area.....

The places that have corners....? There's a couple pieces of carpet laying there that I didn't get to pick up and thought I could sweep the patio off. The straight part is the edge of the grass. Hey, just wanted a pathway and didn't care if it looked neat or not lol
