In the beginning stages of installing a hydraulic clutch master for a tremek tko in my 65 Belvedere...looks like this is more involved than I anticipated...looks like im going to have to cut out a section of inner fender etc...just to make sure im looking at this correctly...anyone...
It appears someone has bypassed the OEM black (original alternator output) with the red wire. The black runs through the bulk head connector (P cavity) and feeds the ammeter and several other circuits at a large splice behind the dash. If you do not have a FSM you should purchase one.

It's been a while since I posted any updates. Color is finally going on and should be ready for reassembly by the end of the month. Lots to do yet but getting there.
Most of the time this is a bad rheostat in the switch, but you say you bypassed the switch and jumped the circuit with direct 12V..... so all that is left it verify where to supplied power to and check grounding
I just recently got a pair of hearing aids through the VA Medical Care System, and what these would be costing me, on the outside, when i asked, the technician, without ANY hesitation, said $4,000.00 bucks.
One more question regarding my AMD full floor pan.
It came with this clip that is attached with a screw but I have no idea where it should go. It’s a double clip so I’m thinking fuel line/vent line?
Anyways, if someone can help me out with where this clip goes with a photo I would greatly...
