    FOR SALE A-833 OD 4-speed

Looks like you already have the hard work done - the big wild card is just the input shaft retainer diameter issue. Hoping someone can chime in whether you can just swap the one from your existing 4 speed or if some machining may be required. It was already mentioned about the shifter lever...

    Filled block

How far up the block is it filled? Never heard of anyone successful at removing it. Its not uncommon to run short filled blocks on the street and run a oil cooler. We have two 440s we short filled. We split a cylinder wall racing years ago. I wasn't a fan of filling them until that happened...

    Cats

It’s super easy to bring one back, but there are steps you must do. Take it to a vet for an exam. They give the rabies shot and do a physical exam to make sure that the animal is healthy. Because we are adopting strays our vet does it for free. She also deworms them and fix’s anything else, like...

What was the first car you remember falling in love with?

In late 69 I fell in love with the E body cars but was disenchanted with all the plastic and the doors sounded like crap when they shut. Got over that after awhile and bought my first one in 74....a 72 340 Rallye Pac with 40k miles for 1800 iirc. Didn't keep it long though. Had a flat on the...

There are some very odd takes on America... I am American, nothing more or less. My family's ancient heritage and background, have had little to do with my personal American experience. All people, everywhere...have suffered and lived varied lives. My ancestors can do NOTHING to change where...

Your first and second paragraphs are demonstrably incorrect. Your statements may have been true in the main before 1965, but not since. Your last, laughable.

What was the first car you remember falling in love with?

Sorry to hear that, i guess our parents had good taste in cars! My dad bought a 70 Charger 500 with a 383 2bl new in 1970 which I drove in high School. Didnt keep that one when he passed in 2009. But i kept the Hemi Charger .

    1968 Plymouth GTX

Me either. I put a new one in the A100 since it was a BluePrint 408 and makes its power higher in the band. My cars are all built for max torque at 3000 so I had them rebuilt as the factory stall speed is what I needed. The transmission shop sent them out for me. That was before I had my own...

Flexplate to Crank Bolts - 70 383 HP

On the flexplate to converter bolts, with ARP bolts, highly recommend red loctite and 50 to 55 lb-ft torque. I have had several loosen up on me before I went with this method.
