    Hardwood floor questions

I have hardwood in my whole house including kitchen. House is 65 years old. Floors still look geat. I’ve done hardwood in other houses too. 3/4 oak pre-finished is my preference. Bella is my choice.

    expected idle?

Doesn't really matter. Reason for the question is: This is my first motor built to this level, with (to me) a fairly aggressive cam. So I asked the question to see where those with experience thought it would end up at, so I'd have a point of reference to shoot for/expect. The bonus is I got...

    1968 Plymouth GTX

While the Bilstein shocks are appealing, I find the price hard to deal with. I have so many other things I still need to buy that putting almost $600 into shock absorbers just doesn't sit well. When I search for 1968 Plymouth GTX shock absorbers, many of the sites come up blank. I would...

Hood Pins : What Where When and Why?

It’s one thing to steal a catalytic converter from a Nissan but a completely different thing when someone messes with a car that means so much to us like ours. Often irreplaceable stuff. Also they must know about Mopars to take a hood off knowing its value and ease of removal. The law ought to...

    Cost to rechrome a bumper

Fairly common (meaning possibly repopped) bumper. Id buy an AMD if available before sending yours out. You might be happy with the AMD, and save a few hundred bucks. (I am very happy with my 69 runner AMD rear.)
