"I was told last night by a noted person in the B-Body circle that Plymouth AG would be 19 full coils and Dodge RamCharger would be 20 full coils."
I agree with statement. I've owned 4 original 71-2 Plymouth N-96 cars and I remember them having 19 coils counting them the way that I did. I don't...
Nothing wrong with a poly, stroke it and you'll have all the power and torque the chassis can handle in a visually appealing engine that is very robust.
Biggest expense will be custom pistons, other than that it's mostly LA series interchangeable.
Intake manifold is the least of your worries...
Yeah I have to agree with Brett, I wouldn't count the last one on the right going by what I was told. I don't claim to be an expert and that's why I first made a post about how many coils would be on a Plymouth AG hood hinge.
I was told last night by a noted person in the B-Body circle that...
The issue I have with refinishing is the mess, not the cost. Doing finish work in new construction is one thing. Sanding, staining and varnishing (I know it's not varnish anymore but you know what I mean, and it's easier to spell than pollyyourathaine) large areas in a house that is being lived...
It is off an Imperial, and at a minimum not the same at the rear.
The trunk rail on my Coronet is rust free, the only issue is the channel for the weatherstrip, which is spot welded on, and I have another channel.
If it had the dropoffs I think it might be worth it.
You might do a compromise on the leaf's, OEM front, urethane rear, or even only half urethane in the rear (tops or Bottom) being the rears might be an easier to change out later if desired. The other's comments above have merit IMO, me, I just turn the stereo up and drive faster, it shortens the...
The only way a poly IMO holds up here to any comparison is if you have an alum aftermarket intake available for it (they do exist extremely rare and desirable and big bucks), anything else is a deal breaker and performance almost waste of time and money for a nostalgic engine very few want, and...
Wow. Where in the world did you find a Coronet trunk floor that isn't mostly holes?
After having fabricating my own, I would certainly buy this instead if the price is right. Make sure you have them keep the trunk rail attached - it looks like you need that too.
