R413 is correct. My longtime paint supplier couldn’t find white for 1970 in their books, but it’s what they call “Spinnaker White” from their 1969 book and the color is correct (fyi)

For the upper door frames and those rear interior panels paint code is EW1. Same as the exterior color, and it's full gloss.
Nothing on the dash or windshield surround trim is white it's all black suede.
Yes in CAP cars the crankcase ventilation became a closed system and the breather got a nipple to go to air cleaner so any emissions are burned through engine, either at vacuum port from PCV or through air cleaner if venting from cap. Not sure about 66 but 67 hemi/440HP was a chrome valve.
