I pulled these two emblems from the doors on my 68 Coronet 500. Are they supposed to be paint free? If no, what get's painted? And what finish (satin, semi-gloss, other)? Thanks!

You will need JB Weld “plastic weld” or “plastic binder”…..an acrylic like super glue may work too. If possible, I would recommend plastic weld, scuff both surfaces and clean with rubbing alcohol
