Found these two air horn gaskets in an opened Thermoquad rebuild kit (don't know if both of them came inside the kit when new). Diameter is 5 1/8" or so. But the strangs thing is one is 1.1 mm thick and the other 5 mm thick.

you could fill it, even body filler won't "chip off"........ but in that situation, I usually drill the spot out welds and adjust the hood skin on the frame
