Unless every bulb has a bad ground since you say none work and it's a very strange situation.
According to these prints I drew up when building one of these cars there is a resistance connection somewhere in that circuit.

I am having the engine freshen up currently at the shop, paint is being corrected and engine compartment repaint, and having the windows tinted blue. Then have some fun this summer.
Decided to check the bulkhead. Saw a wire I was dubious about and decided to remove the tape.... this is what I found.
Tape was over the first one and they round around the next one, and so on....
(The one I wanted to check was the last one, obviously)
