I noticed the old Ohio front plate, a nice touch! If I decide not to run the antique plate, PA has 66 HP2 available as a personalized.
It seems to be all one piece? I'll look closer when I get home tonight. It tore around the bowl flange. But looks like it's part of the gasket behind the metering plate. Thanks

I'll add my 2 cents
JB weld the plastic wells, some sand paper to rough the plastic and smear it around the seem after, but keep it tight it has to fit in the bottom plate.
Small block truck cores usually have "good" metering rods, you can check the numbers against online info...
