Post 27 decodes your VIN as built at Lynch Rd, MI. Of course that assumes that sketchy looking VIN is legit. I'd check the body stampings to see if they match.

Right Side Tie Rod is loose on inner and outer tie rod ends.
Left Side Tie Rod is loose on outer tie rod end, but not inner.

One of those will work.
From memory….you take the top corner rubber “tip” off the vent window and the inner/outer cat whiskers off the door. Detach the glass and slide it up/out. You can do it without removing the vent frame. BE CAREFUL…the slides that you’re replacing are very delicate until they’re fully installed...
