I believe these would be the original part numbers you'd be looking to replace. There are any number of reproductions/replacements to be found, none of which are "cheap". NOS parts would be, presumably, very expensive if you can find them.

Yes that is what the plan is, question is though if I take the stock crank out of the engine and let's say all it needs is polished, i balance the pistons and rods at home with a gram scale. Would I be able to put those assemblies on the crank and run it that way or would I need to also get the...

Once again, post a Want To Buy in the classifieds for some original OE's. The reproduction ones are junk and all snap when you squeeze them into place!
