The car has some normal wear on it but would seem to have eventually pulled down a better price than that. The only thing I can’t see in the pictures is the chassis. Maybe it’s a total rusted mess under there. Maybe he needs to turn the air cleaner around the right way.
Magnum manifolds don't clear the power steering pump on the driver's side.
360 manifolds could be an alternative, but like 340 pieces, the early ones without AIR holes are hard to find.

Ring gap and pistons would be a concern as a 392 is N/A and the kitty is S/C. Also the location of the top ring maybe higher on the N/A engine causing issues above about 8 psi. I would ditch the powdered rods and go with the best rods and pistons you can get made in USA. Quality goes in before...
