The number 3751877 is well into the 1974 range. Based on that I would think it is a 400 crank most likely 74 or newer. This is from the 74 parts manual.
Thanks, but that's the video that led me astray. The guy pulls out the pressure relief valve, unscrews it and just screws it back together, hand tight. The calibration of the relief valve is lost. Apparently they are factory set. It looks like it was hand tight, which gives me a rough lead...
