    They are called "Tinnerman nuts". The ones for the quarter extensions have a tall "Acorn" style cap and will also need to use a sealing putty to keep the water out.

    Looks like a 360 engine(?), automatic transmission(727?), Y9 exterior color, white vinyl top, air conditioning and tinted glass. Same holdish interior as exterior. That's all I see on the tag. Look behind back seat and under frint seats for the build sheet, that will give you a lot more info.

    what year road runner? they are basically all constructed the same....... on a 70 it is a painted panel, but easilly removed without ruining visible exterior paint, 68/69 even easier the row of welds across the bottom are actually connected to the trunk pan....... in your case the trunk...
