They are called "Tinnerman nuts". The ones for the quarter extensions have a tall "Acorn" style cap and will also need to use a sealing putty to keep the water out.

Looks like a 360 engine(?), automatic transmission(727?), Y9 exterior color, white vinyl top, air conditioning and tinted glass. Same holdish interior as exterior. That's all I see on the tag. Look behind back seat and under frint seats for the build sheet, that will give you a lot more info.
I've built a fair amount of frame connectors. In my experience the best thing you can do? Split the floor and weld them completely to the floor. I don't buy the weld the tube all the way to the front rail in post #24 video. If it was a big enough concern the crossing at the torsion bar X memer...
Yes I think that is best. Unless you can put a rachet strap around a one piece and curl up sides to fit through the caro area. I know people have said that is doable but Im not sure

they are basically all constructed the same....... on a 70 it is a painted panel, but easilly removed without ruining visible exterior paint, 68/69 even easier
the row of welds across the bottom are actually connected to the trunk pan....... in your case the trunk...
