225/70R15's are a pretty good match with a 275/60 out back, especially if you have 7" wheels and/or manual steering. 245/60's are less than a 1/2" taller than 235/60 and the visual difference isn't that great. 235/60 = 26.1 tall 245/60 = 26.57 tall 225/70 = 27.4 tall 275/60 = 27.99 tall

Mine's a St. Louis car also! Unfortunately it's pretty gutted... The 2nd previous owner actually sold the dash out of it. The immediate previous owner was able to purchase the shell with the VIN tag back from the guy last owner sold it to!
