Legal issue with VIN on a B-J car today?

I bought my roadrunner without a title. I needed to have the Az state police do an inspection and they went to the hidden vin at the radiator support and on trunk lip. Obviously it matched. Then had to pay $500.00 for the bond title insurance. Even though car was basically junk they use middle...

Rebuilding ThermoQuads: Who has some helpful tips and advice?

I do too. A helpful FBBO member stepped up and offered to send me one. Another one offered to chat and walk me though the rebuilds. I wasn't looking for someone to do it for me, I just wanted to see if anyone had some helpful tips and a few did like .....the air door adjustment, the squarish O...

best tire combo? 275/60/15 rear.. 235/60/15 looks short for front.

So true. Lower tire pressure will be needed for a full contact patch with a 295 and 8” wheel. I have to run 18psi with 10” wheels to get a maximum footprint. Ideally it should be lower but the drag radials seem to hook pretty good at 18psi. It also diminishes some of the harshness in the ride...

    Updating the Super Street Mopar

I pondered my puzzle some more today and decided my best route was to cut the unit into a few pieces. I'm going to see if I can find a short piece of 3" tomorrow when I run some errands to move the X back so it's not right under the GV unit. From there, so what/who has to be changed to get it...

As I discovered when I custom ordered my 94 1500 Dodge, it's considered a sold unit. Means they don't have to deal with what's called "flooring". Since it's a sold unit, the dealer gets an extra discount on it since it's a done deal. No need to deal with lot rot. After 90 days or so, if it's not...
