I blasted the inside of my fenders with-out issue. You don't need insane pressure and you move around like you are priming them once on the inner sheet metal part. The braces/supports can take it just be-careful near the edges as you don't want to concentrate on those areas. No need to...

Distributor gasket? Newer ones had an "O" ring, but older, like your 413, had a gasket under them.
