The old electronic distributor (often called a dizzy, for those souls that do not know how to spell correctly) conundrum......how to connect two wires....which go to what terminal or source of power or ground or black or red???..... how about a magneto....which require no wire connections...self...

Broadcast sheets - if they were/still are there - are often inside the back of a bucket seat, or in the back or base of the rear seat. Body number stampings - again...if still there - are stamped into the radiator core support...

I just noticed your other thread. Car has been rebuilt to "builder's tastes"; Ramcharger added, interior changed, electric fan, luggage rack, probably a few other things if we start looking close. Still a beautiful and desirable car - just not really returned to "original" if that even matters.
I am building a 72 SSP. Not a stock build at all. Tunnel ram with dual quad EFI sitting above the hood. Stock ride height on QA1 suspension. Full interior in black. The car was roginally yellow with the gray lower portion below the SSP trim and white interior white vinyl top. That is all...

Have you looked for/found the Broadcast sheet? "V88" would be "Stripe Delete". Do you need the other codes? - these '69-up codes are pretty well documented and available. I would have expected an inspector's stamp or two on that tag...?
