Personally, I would not buy a car that is not for the most part all original. I’m not a fan of customs nor engine swaps. The only time an engine swap should be performed is if the original engine is long gone, just my two cents.

Way back in the day when they were made in USA and available at all Sears stores, I almost exclusively bought Craftsman tools. The lifetime warranty was great. Of course they still have a lifetime warranty, but now, I really don't want to trade in a made in USA socket for an offshore one made...
