my 72 had charging problem that turned out to be corrosion inside the wires. Outside looked ok but copper inside was discolored with flecks of green. Bypassing ammeter gauge and using new wire also got rid of headlights and dash flickering dimming then bright.

No doubt,after seeing that explosion,I was expecting to hear that there were many lives lost on the ground.

Our old cars weren't worth as much and parts were easier to get in 2004 than they are today. It's really that simple.

I just did a 518 swap in my friend's street rod show car. I did a complete rebuild on the small block 727 that we removed and has probably less than 10k miles on it. I'm in Berks Co.

The only year what got a trim to hide the headlights mount was the 68, which will match also on 69s with a small finish mod (blacking out the vertical fins), but still only 68 deal
