My thoughts would be 73 up, B body cars, or even 73-74 E body Barracuda, Challenger cars, all the same. Need a clear, detailed picture of a disassembled spindle, to accurately tell.

The deeper the pan the further the 7qts are away from the crank. Besides running 12 qts in the pan weighs more. Doug
