If the original poster wants to cover the headlight mount. He could try 71-2 Plymouth shields and change the stainless headlight rings to the ones with the tabs.

Maybe making a 3D printing of the doors with the holes for the headlights. Of course a diff. model for 71 and 72

I can’t really make out what’s going on with the lifter in the 2nd pic. I wouldn’t mind seeing another pic of it, after you scuff it up with some scotch-brite. The way it looks on my screen is that there’s a little crater in the middle of the face.

Your pictures aren't great. Bendix rotor should be two piece and the left side should have left hand treaded studs. Those appear one piece. Year one sells one piece with right hand studs. Given the expense of Bendix stuff and the fact that everything is painted blue , someone may have converted...

Go hydraulic and forget trying to weld to the frame and hope it all lines up even with the bellhousing
