    WTB Big block heads

Looking for a set of relatively cheap used big block heads that can support a big cam, preferably aluminum heads but if someone has a set of ported iron heads that would accept taller springs I may also be interested.

    WTB 1967 GTX Valve covers

I asked the shop that rechromed my bumpers and he said they were concerned about the baffles and not being able to get all the chemicals out and them getting into the engine. Maybe I need to ask other shops their opinion.

Who has NEVER had a cam or lifter go bad?

WHO has never had a cam or lifters go bad? Some members suggested to have flat tappet lifters REfaced. I've wondered if the metallurgy is different in new lifters, would it make sense to take OLD OEM lifters and have them resurfaced. I do have enough used lifters here to do 3 engines. ALL...

Another (different) Disc Brake Conversion Question

You get what you pay for. I'm big fan of BAER. Manufactured in Phoenix AZ USA. Great customer service, great products. But again you need to PAY for it. It's like the old adage. Performance costs money, how much performance do you want?

    69 GTX bucket seat hardware

I have the bucket seats out of the car and apart, but the hardware attaching the seat backs to the seat bottoms is incomplete. I have the shouldered bolts and three of four fiber washers. I also have two steel washers. My question is should the steel washer holes stop the washer at the shoulder...

1969 Dodge Super Bee Barn Find - Unbelievable

If you see in the pictures, all that black caked oil on the exterior came off with a dry rag. Underneath all that the paint in most areas is great. All the original trim is being installed now everywhere on the car. Great thanks to Steve from Albany who sold me a great set of headlight bezels...

Are outer steering column covers supposed to be slightly bent?

Here's what I think I would do if I were presented with this problem. I'm assuming a manual transmission column. Auto may be a bit different. Take a measurement from the side of the tube that is not bent to get a basic length of the tube. Then rig up something to try and PULL the tube back...

Reverse Ligts only work with Neutral saftey switch is out of the tranny

Just curious on this topic as I have some what of the opposite situation, my reverse light stay on in drive. Reading through this thread, wouldn't I be able to just shim the switch out to get the same results instead of buying 10 different switches to find the right length?

WTB 1966 1967 quarter window glass tracks and hardware - convertible

I put a complete tinted glass setup out of a 1966 Satellite into my 1967 R/T many years ago. I recall that there was a difference between the two years in how the glass attached to the risers. It works if everything is changed as a unit. '66 glass will not attach to '67 risers, and vice-versa.

Another (different) Disc Brake Conversion Question

I see what you mean by price and thanks for posting the link. I will try to research the source for these parts. Maybe even look at Summit although they will be pricey but maybe made in the USA. It's part of why I asked the question on this forum. Maybe someone has used Toms parts and has a...
