I think the intake bolts to Brodix heads and adapter plates bolt intake to stock heads. Could be mistaken... I could match em up to stock 440 heads in the morning.

It is. Origional 440 long gone before I got it. Still have the 4 speed. Currently putting together a 440 to go back in.
