My pass for the car wash is mounted just below it in the corner and that's the only thing I care about, as far as recognition. Acceptable in our world can change day to day, just like my underwear. I've been doing the same thing since the day it was invented and EVERY car my family has ever...
Only about 10 months back in 1980. Got in a bit of a tussle with a 455SD and the 428 didn't thrash it like I knew the 440 would have, so that finalized getting the Challenger back. It ended well, traded it back to the guy that built the F100 originally then he owned it until he died last year. I...
I saw a Pontiac styling drawing and the car was a dead ringer for the 70 Dodge Coronet, except that it had a Pontiac beak in between the two front bumper loops. Even the grilles we exactly the same. My guess is that designer ended up a Dodge and took his drawings with him.
In all fairness to my dad who grew up liking the Big Band era of music, he surprised me one day in 1971/72 when he asked me about a song on the radio I was listening to. I was listening to Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love". He said he liked it. He was in his 40s. Shocked me. BTW, he really liked...
Too many in production thought they knew more than we did and made 'adjustments'......like to a pump packing gland. If it was leaking a bit too much, they would tighten up the gland to the point there was no leaking at all and it didn't take long to burn up the packing and then you had a major...
You can make the cupped orfice plug easy. Just drill a properly sized freeze plug. You can make shims for the rear servo. The front servo uses the stock spring. I have plenty of Trans Go rear servo springs if you need one.

Recognise the rub. The ultimate was to
get the product out the door and into
the hands of the user. Be it though,
the hands of a lowly private.
I put up with many years of ridicule.
"WTF were these guys thinking?*
But it resulted in a zero lives lost.
scenario.
p.s.
I can get drunk and BBQ ribs any day, don't need a poor excuse to do it, there's nothing super about the super bowl, not anymore. Sorry, rant over.
I was a life long football fan, until My Browns were sold to Baltimore...then today's horsecrap criminals who kneel for the anthem, I's be ashamed to watch or support such nonsense.
Thanks for this info.
My friend owned and did the bodywork and paint on this car: was done in the very early 1990's. He is a good body and paint guy. The color is Chrome Yellow, a 1977 Corvette color (Code WA7074 or std #52).
He used it very little and then sold it to another friend who used...
I just got a set of those and they don't have the raised captive cage nut for a Charger. The factory sticker even says b-body Coronet except Charger on them. But thanks
