@khan68 Despite the last comment…this guy is obsessed with me (maybe is in love with me and since I don’t pay him attention is angry… I like women) constantly highjacking threads with useless and ofensive comments. So obsessed that STILL in all these years has not noticed YET 72RoadRunnerGTX...
It is an original Red Valiant 200.
Bought new by a little old lady in Missouri who put 60,000 miles
on it in 20 years. Manual Steering/Brakes with a 225 / 904 with
factory Air.
Although being Raced and Street Raced regularly for well over 30 years
it still shows well enough to be able to win...
The car to the left in my avatar is a 383 4bbl with a factory unsilenced. AC car, turquoise 330 motor. I'm the 2nd owner.
The real answer is - It depends. What plant built the car, was it originally a California car. etc.
I would get the guides machined for Viton valve seals. The good seals have a garter spring around the section that contacts the v/stem. You do not need dual springs, single pring with a damper is ok.
It's my observation every generation fails to see the merits of the upcoming generation, and if things have degraded as much as alleged for each of the past generations, we should be currently living in caves fearing saber tooth tigers while sleeping.
Don't fret, it's what old folks have done...
That's a possible line of thinking.. could you tell if it was painted under the tag? Wonder if they ran out of proper rivets around Christmas.. my Dad's Charger had a factory dash mount screw issue that another members car had, again around the turn of the new year
Do u have the big spring and the spacer for the rear servo? Spring for the front servo and the cupped plug for 3rd gear? Is there a blue spring on the pressure regulator valve? Thanks. Kim
