Yes i have read and there is alot of good information, 72roadrunnerGTX had a great video as well. The relay box in engine bay will be sourced from alternator to prevent any loads going through bulkhead.

I already have an external regulator on my current alternator and will probably keep it for the new one as well. Will check with tuff stuff if these will fit my setup:

I spoken to mancini, 440source & bouschillion performance and nobody can supply a bracket that fits my car they said. If you know about something please let me know :) to me it seems the AC(2 belts) makes it difficult to mount something standard.
The alternator i bought was recommended to me by tech department at powermaster before purchase, it also shows as a "fit to vehicle" at summit when i ordered. So i was unaware of the issue until i received it and was going to mount it...

thanks but i dont think that will work since the car has 2 belts, i guess thats why i have a different bracket than what the alternator was designed for. The alt. was recommended to me by tech at powermaster and should be a bolt on with 2 spacers.
I purchased a powermaster 8-48529 alternator as this should fit my car, well it doesant :p
Seems like the A/C cars have a different bracket than non ac.
Has anybody been down this path before? I cant find any kits to make this work.

Just finished reassembly of my heater box for a 68 charger. I didnt check the setup of the flappers/valves before dissambly.
Would like to setup the valves operation right before i put it in the car. Now i have adjusted so when floor/side heating is opened the window defrost closes.
