Ready to run dizzy, two wire

The old electronic distributor (often called a dizzy, for those souls that do not know how to spell correctly) conundrum......how to connect two wires....which go to what terminal or source of power or ground or black or red???..... how about a magneto....which require no wire connections...self...

Fender Tag decode 69 R/T Convertible

Here's a listing on another site that gets linked here often: Codes Broadcast sheets - if they were/still are there - are often inside the back of a bucket seat, or in the back or base of the rear seat. Body number stampings - again...if still there - are stamped into the radiator core support...

Nice to know what's going on. I'll stick with my vote. K6, with Q5 a very close second. Any of the three will look good! I guess Bahama yellow is out of the running........ LOL.

    2" Drop Spindles on a '69

At the time 17" with Nitto 555G2s was what I decided to go with and it worked out (still) for me. Going from 15" steelies and BFGs (or similar) it's still a big upgrade. I've already maped out larger disk brakes that can fit the 17", with later swapping out to 18" without fitment issues. I...

    2" Drop Spindles on a '69

Much more responsive. Though you have you have to be mindful sometimes on the road or else you'll knock something on a dip going to fast, for me it's the front sway bar bracket, either side depending... I've got no complaints.

Fender Tag decode 69 R/T Convertible

I just noticed your other thread. Car has been rebuilt to "builder's tastes"; Ramcharger added, interior changed, electric fan, luggage rack, probably a few other things if we start looking close. Still a beautiful and desirable car - just not really returned to "original" if that even matters.

I am building a 72 SSP. Not a stock build at all. Tunnel ram with dual quad EFI sitting above the hood. Stock ride height on QA1 suspension. Full interior in black. The car was roginally yellow with the gray lower portion below the SSP trim and white interior white vinyl top. That is all...

    is this legit?

Like the dealer told Griswald in Vegas vacation: Give me half the money you were going to spend on that, I’ll kick you in the nuts, and we’ll call it a day.

Have you looked for/found the Broadcast sheet? "V88" would be "Stripe Delete". Do you need the other codes? - these '69-up codes are pretty well documented and available. I would have expected an inspector's stamp or two on that tag...? Edit to note: P6X and X9 equals all black interior
