    Valve springs.

After a long wait I got a Compcam tech dude. He said the valve springs I have are correct. Wonderful. 901-16 replaces 5877. Edelbrock was using the old number. Inner spring is a dampener said the compcam guy. Behind the times said I. I forgot to ask him about valves, but I can get that info from...

    Exhaust Recommendations?

I don’t know which Dynomax ultra flows you have, nor what SuperTurbos folks are recommending. If you go Superturbo, I recommend the 17748s. 20” long body, 25.5” overall. They will be a little quieter than the long Ultras, but still noticeably louder than stock.

    Ride Height Restored!

No, initially it twists to pick up the weight, after that nothing twist wise changes even if you could lift it another 6 inches.

 I'm sure that could be an additional cost option!

    Ride Height Restored!

Surely Kern Dog is correct here, at least that's how I've always viewed it too. The rear of the bar is fixed (i.e. the hex doesn't turn), and the front gets rotated by the adjuster, putting more "twist" on the bar. As the suspension goes up or down the twist increases or decreases, but the...

    HELP - RP23H61181430 ‘66 Hemi Satellite

I may be misunderstanding this photo too. Is this on the bottom of your engine? If so, then I would guess the casting date must be a 3 for March for a May assembly.

    67 440 with AC

Looking for some detailed engine photos of a 67 R/T or GTX 440 with factory air. I had a mishap and lost all my photos from the disassembly stage of my motor and life got in the way, 18 months later I’m getting ready to reassemble the engine and could use a guide To where the brackets Mountain...

    STP?

As an impressionable youth, since King Richard promoted it, I used it. And, still do, 50+ years later. We also offered it way back then as an add-on in the garage for a customer oil change.

    Sacrilegious or practical?

I’ll take one. Only if it rattles and is misaligned like the original.

Another vote for Dynomax super turbo.

    Sacrilegious or practical?

Someone on dodge charger.com made this to replace the ashtray. It would retract when not in use so that the ashtray door would close.

Who has NEVER had a cam or lifter go bad?

I've had fairly decent luck over the past 20 years or so. The only time I lost a cam was when there was another problem that caused it. I had a set of heads that the bronze guide liners were not properly sized. This was in a 440. The engine would get up to operating temperature and the valve...
