No way to know on any combinations of options (Chrysler didn't track combos other than engine/trans combos). Around 1,146 GTXs came with A/C, but only around 32 came with the power sunroof.
To expand on this a bit - 359 is for a 318 2bbl engine that is going to be mated to the Auto trans, and outfitted with A/C. Double check that Axle code - possible 033? I have 029, 030, and 031 as 8-1/4" axles.
Edit - if it is 330, maybe that is the axle code for a 030 axle with a sure grip unit.

The usual places are - rear seat back and under rear seat, in the bottom seat springs of the buckets and sometimes behind the hard seat back, under the carpet (usually deteriorated), up inside the headliner (rare), and taped to the upper backside of the glove box insert. Good luck!
Not a buildsheet - but it is something else that gets found in these cars once in a while. A Mopar super expert should be able to tell you what that sheet was. I defer for now.

According to the 1977 Wards Automotive Yearbook, around 8% of the 167,618 Cordobas shipped to US Dealerships came with the factory sunroof. That amounts to around 13,400 sunroof Cordobas for 1976.

Factory sunroof is a pretty rare option on these cars. I would love to verify that it is truly factory - I do the Mopar Sunroof Registry. Check out the fender data tag when you have some time. The very last code on the second line from the bottom will be a six digit code. For factory sunroof...
That is definitely not a factory sunroof opening - definitely aftermarket. That can be verified on your fender tag - if it was factory, there would be an M52 on your tag. Find a donor skin and weld that baby up.
